Arquitecto CRM/ Barcelona-híbrido

¡Estamos en la búsqueda de un Arquitecto especializado en CRM para unirse a nuestro equipo en Krell-Consulting! Buscamos a un profesional con al menos 5 años de experiencia en el campo, que tenga un profundo conocimiento en el diseño e implementación de soluciones CRM, para trabajar en Barcelona, en modalidad híbrida.

MODALIDAD DE TRABAJO: Híbrida

REQUERIDO:

• Technical degree in Telecommunications Technology or similar acquired Knowledge

• Working experience of 5 to 10 years in similar domain

• Experience of working in Agile team structure

• Experience with Cloud environments.

• Experience with Content Guru as provider will be a plus

• At least 3 years’ experience in contact centre systems analysis, ideally in designing contact centre services, processes and environments

• Experience in working with global, multi-cultural teams

• Experience working in complex IT development projects

• Understand Contact Centre ECO systems dependencies for example with PCI requirements, CRM tools or Reporting Applications, Workforce Management, Call Recording et.

• Understand business interactions, logic, processes and impacts. We need someone with not just technical background but preferably with Call Center technology experience. Someone who can learn from top to bottom and understand the current infrastructure, architecture and UI for a cloud application, review new requests from customers, determine if a solution is available within the standard if not, determining the feasibility of delivering a new solution and then of course being able to proceed to present the solution to governance and get he appropriate approval. This person also needs experience in the overall software governance process
